  12. At this time, you cannot generate an executable with perl.
  13. I would love to do  "gcc -o simulator *.o -lperl"
  14. (I know it's comming ...)

  16. I've not worked with Windows and Mac versions of Icon, but
  17. I guess it is nicer than perl for Windows (DOS) and Mac.

  19. Having said that, it's easier for me to write a perl script than
  20. writing an Icon program. Dunno why, maybe perl is more UNIXy :-)
